Ernest E. Amissah is a perspicacious entrepreneur and sustainability systems innovator. He is a proud alumni(GIANT) of GSTS, Takoradi, Ghana. He served in the military and gained world class education and experience through the best Ordnance Corp globally. He furthered his education through the military learning systems and veteran GI bills. His duty stations in The Army included Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, South Korea, Germany, Afghanistan, Romania and Georgia, USA. While stationed at Camp Carrol, Waegwan, South Korea he served with diligence, excellence and was meritoriously adjudged the Battalion Soldier of the year in 2007 for 16th Medlog BN. He completed active duty service and still served as a Reserve Soldier while he worked for telecommunication giant Verizon Communications in Fairfax, Northern Virginia, USA until he envisioned his life dream to play a significant role in the business space in Africa. He moved back to Ghana and founded innovative entities like SunPower Innovations LTD, BIGA(Build It Green Africa), Afriship, GreenDrive, KumKom, and many more promising start-ups. A great team player and a technology enthusiast, he believes strongly that Africa is blessed and is the next frontier of global development and innovations. He loves fried Yam, Koobi Palava Sauce, Jollof Rice and Pineapple Ginger Juice all great Ghanaian meals. He enjoys writing, playing acoustic guitar, keyboard, architecture, running and soccer.
