Dr Ernestina Asante-Bediako is a physician, Mom, an Entrepreneur and healthcare tech enthusiast. A lover of innovative solutions and ardent on leveraging healthcare technology to bridge healthcare disparities.
Ernestina had her high school education at Wesley Girls High School and proceeded to Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology , school of medical sciences where she obtained her medical degree.
With over 10 years experience in general practice in medicine, Ernestina is known for her patience, dedication and attention to detail for each individual patient care. To her, its a privilege to be in the position where she is able to listen to complaints of the sick and identify the health needs of individuals, community or an organization. Such is a calling that she is proud of. She is focused driven professional ,cautious in decision making and unfazed by difficult circumstances.
Ernestina worked extensively in helping set up Diabetes Youth Care , an NGO support group for young people living with diabetes ,providing education, medical support to encourage personal growth, knowledge and independence. Her hobbies include mentoring young students interested in science and medicine. She enjoys travel ,cooking and spending time wth her beautiful family.
